Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery windows above, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods like sales and festivals. We'll keep you updated if your order is significantly delayed.

At this time, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding to international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can update it only if the order hasn't already been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged item or packaging, and we'll make it right.
